How to inspect your roof annually

Inspect your roof at least once a year to prevent the need to replace the entire roof. Look for water-damaged trusses, or drywall. As well as damaged, discolored, or gravel-less shingles can be the cause of many a leak. During the inspection of your roof, pay special attention to shingles that surround skylights, vents, and chimneys, as these areas are the most leak-prone.

If you find anything that looks out of the ordinary or heights and ladders are not your thing we can do it for you.
