How to change a leaking faucet in 7 steps
The USGS reckon a leaking faucet can waste 11 gallons a day! The main cause of leaky faucets is worn out washers! The washers inside of the faucet handles are rubber and tend to wear out quickly. This is a small part but make sure you have the correct size new one on hand preferably before you start otherwise you will need to take the old one to the store to match up the sizes. You will likely need at least one wrench and a cloth to absorb any small water spills.
