Everyday drywall holes are made all over Salt Lake. Sometimes its from a plumber that has repaired a leaking pipe other times it is just that annoying damage left by a door handle. May be you have just moved into a new home you have bought or tenant about to leave a rental but want to repair that drywall hole before the landlord finds out.

Drywall and plaster as we all know, can easily be damaged by the most innocuous items. Obviously kicking and punching walls aren’t good for them but how about all the subtle causes of damage. Water leaks – please please if you find a water leak react to it and get the leak stopped.

Inspect your roof at least once a year to prevent the need to replace the entire roof. Look for water-damaged trusses, or drywall. As well as damaged, discolored, or gravel-less shingles can be the cause of many a leak.
